An international financial services firm based in Central is looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist who is able to provide cover for an initial 3 month period. This cover will be on an ad hoc basis when the company’s Receptionist is on annual or sick leave and offers a great hourly rate as compensation. The successful candidate will be immaculately presented, friendly and personable with excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
Responsibilities
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Meet and greet both employees and visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing mailings and faxes
- Book couriers and receive packages
- Book and co-ordinate the use of meeting rooms
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Any ad hoc support to ensure the office’s smooth operations
Requirements:
- Degree holder with previous receptionist or administrative support experience
- Good interpersonal skills, organization skills, and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Outgoing personality, efficient, responsible, well-organized, multi-task and able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge in MS office
- A commitment of at least 3 months is absolutely essential
- Ideally immediately available
