Our client is a prestigious international law firm. They are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team.
The Role
Report to the Professional lawyer, you will be maintaining and updating documents and information on the data management system. You have to indexing and archiving the documents and files for the data library. It is also your responsibility to assist in any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year working experience; experience gained within an international firm is an advantage
• Excellent language skills (English)
• Experience in document management systems will be beneficial
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Adobe Acrobat X Pro
