A leading international sourcing and logistics brand is looking for an Administrative Assistant with Accounting and HR experience to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Support daily accounting operations in A/P, A/R, G/L, and full sets of accounts
• Prepare monthly reconciliation
• Reconcile and prepare bank statements
• Process claims and reimbursements
• Update daily bank inflow and outflow records
• Support recruitment process, payroll, forecast, bonus payments, and other talent management activities
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Support the office as needed with ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• Degree holder, preferably along with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in HR or Accounting
• Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
• Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Familiar with Accounting Software
