An esteemed UK-based hedge fund firm, well-known for fostering a supportive environment conducive to professional growth, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for their team of Portfolio Managers in the Hong Kong office. Responsibilities
· Liaise with Portfolio Managers to manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for across different time zones.
· Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
· Coordinate intensive travel arrangements and expense reports for the team.
· Manage reports, incoming mail, and maintain up-to-date file records.
· Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
· Maintain office supplies and equipment
· Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
· Good academic qualifications with at least 5 years of administrative support experience in the financial services industry.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and flexible team player who can work in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
· Proficient in using spreadsheets and advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Hong Kong residency is a must.
