An international law firm is looking for an Operations Officer to join their reputable Corporate Services team:
Responsibilities:
• Report to and providing secretarial support to the Head of Corporate Services
• Preparation of documents in preparation for administration and set up of an entity
• Maintaining data on systems and creating of records as well as handling of KYC
• Responsible for preparing invoices and payments
• Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements:
• Minimum three years’ experience as company secretarial assistant
• Good understanding of requirements of a company
• Great communication skills; fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Great team player
• Knowledge of ViewPoint is a plus
