A high-end, luxury brand with a strong global presence is searching for a superb Administrative Assistant with solid logistics experience to join their Hong Kong office. Ideally from an international environment. The successful candidate will be personable, flexible, and enjoy working in a varied role within a small team.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipment
• Prepare shipping and import documents to countries across the region
• Ensure all returns and claims processing are dealt with in a timely manner and are up to company standards
• Review and improve processes and controls
• Process credit notes
• Manage local stock levels
• Responsible for invoicing, forwarding goods to customers, monitoring stock movements, and supervising inventory checks
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
• Degree holder, preferably along with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience within the logistics or retail industry
• Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
• Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
