Our client, one of Hong Kong’s most well-known financial institutions is looking for a new senior officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support regarding all admistrative matters regarding facility management
- Assist with renovation projects, following all areas of the process
- Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage all E & M contracts, contractors and conduct site inspections
- Ensure constant knowledge regarding all projects and provide clear and up-to-date information when call upon
- Provide materials for all promotional events
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of business administrative experience
- Knowledge and experience of facility management is essential
- Ability to communicate and cooperate with different teams involved in a facility management project
- Fluent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
