My client is an extremely high profile Hong Kong Property Development corporation with a strong presence in Asia. An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Personal/ Executive Assistant to join a very well-known high-net-worth individual as his right hand person. The successful candidate will understand the need for discretion with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and executive support to high-net-worth individual
Manage daily schedule, business appointments, and travel itineraries etc.
Handle complex diary and calendar management
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences across multiple time zones
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to a Hong Kong based high-net-worth individual
Highly value the need for discretion at all times
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills specifically inEnglish and Mandarin
Good knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available or short notice will be beneficial
