A well known Financial Services firm with a strong presence in Asia, is seeking an extremely organised and efficient Personal Assistant to support a C-Suite individual based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will understand the need for discretion with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and executive support to C-Suite individual.
Manage daily schedule, business appointments, and travel itineraries etc.
Handle complex diary and calendar management
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences across multiple time zones
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to a Hong Kong based individual
Highly value the need for discretion at all times
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills specifically in English and Mandarin
Good knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
