Responsibilities
• Handle senior management extremely busy diaries and schedules
• Co-coordinating of meetings and conferences
• Extensive travel booking
• Communicate and handle high volume of incoming and outgoing electronic communications
• Maintain and update database
• Prepare travel visa application for team
• Assist in ad-hoc admin tasks and projects
Requirements
• Strong language skills, with fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years solid experience as an Executive Assistant to senior management
• Strong interpersonal skills, presentable and polite
• Good telephone manners and highly organized
• Positive work attitude and high work commitment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Flexible and adaptable to changing job tasks
