A global and hugely successful management consulting firm is looking for exceptional candidates to provide support to their Human Resources Department. This is a junior, permanent role with the ability to grow and develop within Human Resources. The organisation are seeking a responsible, self-motivated, and well-organised candidate who can learn quickly and work well within the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to the Human Resources team
Coordinate various HR projects as required
Assist in the preparation of HR documentsto support Payroll and Comp & Benefits team.
Record and file documents in HR system and create Excel tracking worksheets
Point of contact for employee enquiries
Performed other related duties as assigned by management to support HR Department
Strive to be an ambassador for the brand at every interaction
REQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience in HR Administration with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
Preference for candidates with background in financial institutions or professional services
Previous hands on experience with C&B and Payroll processes is beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Native or near native level of English proficiency
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
Superior attention to detail
