We are a well-established and highly respected organization seeking a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior Director. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Report directly to the Director and provide a full spectrum of independent secretarial and personal assistant support.
Manage the Director’s calendar, including coordinating business and personal appointments as well as arranging travel itineraries.
Prepare business correspondences, reports, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
Assist with household management and oversee the schedules of personal drivers as required.
Liaise, coordinate, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and personal matters.
Conduct desktop research and summarize findings in PowerPoint presentations.
Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Tertiary education with a minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant in sizable organizations.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize findings and present them effectively in PowerPoint.
Experience in project management is a definite advantage.
Positive attitude, dependable, and committed, with excellent organizational skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Must hold a valid HKID card.
