They are now seeking a top calibre Administrative Coordinator to join and support their Human Resources and Recruitment team. Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the recruitment team
- Post job requisitions and ensure compliance with local government regulations and labour laws
- Manage the applicant tracking system and other HR systems
- Support graduate recruitment coordination
- Coordinate interviews between internal and external parties
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts
- Oversee and monitor the on-boarding process
- Strive to be an ambassador for the brand at every interaction
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or Recruitment Coordinator
- Preference for candidates with background in law firms, financial institutions, or professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent command of both English and Mandarin
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
