A world-renowned international financial services firm is looking for an outstanding candidate to support their HR Team. The Human Resources Assistant will report to the Senior Manager in support of all the administrative duties in the department.
Responsibilities:
• Provide logistical and administrative support in all HR initiatives including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development
• Support the team in resources planning and reporting
• Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, and record management
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Handle any ad hoc assignments as required
• IMMEDIATELY available is preferred
Requirements:
• University graduate preferably in HR discipline with administrative experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular for Excel
• High level of learning agility in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstration of good inter-personal skills
• Detail-orientation
• Customer focused
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Written and Spoken)
