Hong Kong Brokerage firm seeking to expand its equity business is currently looking for an international equity sales trader.
Responsibilities
• reporting to the Head of Institutional Equities
• solid experience working on a trading floor or have experience working with capital markets, specifically in research, sales, or trading
• market analysis
• responsible for day-end transactions matching
• handle any other related securities dealing activities
• monitor position, execute order and provide updates to institutional clients
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in equity trading in the Asian market, 1 year experience in providing high quality services to institutional clients is a must
• has to bring own client list specific to hedge funds/ long only
• excellent English; fluent Chinese is a plus
• driven and committed to success
• Paper 1 qualification
• experience with financial markets
• ability to write morning reports
