A leading international law firm is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in problem analysis, customer relations, organisational abilities, telephone etiquette, and the ability to build effective working relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact for technical issues and diagnose and problem solve where necessary
- Answer enquiries regarding upgrades, installations, and other software/hardware/network issues
- Document requests in the ticket management system and track incidents through to resolution/escalation
- Identify and document internal network and phone system issues and work closely with service providers
- Provide IT support for online meetings and other events
- Other ad hoc IT project as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 2 years’ experience preferred but less experienced will still be considered
- Previous law firm experience an advantage
- English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in understandable terms to the end-user
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work professionally at all times
- A team player who is positive and solution focused
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task and work independently
