A prestigious international law firm is looking for a detail-minded and professional Legal Secretary to support their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and will be versatile and reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to Partners and other fee-earners
- Prepare, draft, edit and proofread the legal documents and emails
- Manage and coordinates appointments or travel arrangements
- Handle the billing process as per firm policy and process
- Manage the emailing system and deal with hard copy mail or post in a timely manner
- Any other related ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in an international law firm is essential
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in supporting Dispute Resolutions teams
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong time management skills and an ability multitask and prioritise under pressure will be absolute key
- Attention to details and good interpersonal detail skills to deal with people from all walks of life
