Our client is a prestigious and long-established law firm and they are now seeking an up-and-coming Office Assistant to support their business in Hong Kong. This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to connect with industry leaders and professionals to further propel your career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general office support such as answering office phone, managing incoming mail and distribution, fax transmissions (by email), internal and external deliveries, photocopying, binding and arranging couriers.
Managing Visa applications and renewal processing
Arranging meeting room bookings and set up (including AV requirements)
Assisting with internal office moves
Managing premises maintenance and repairs by liaising with internal staff and external providers
Assist with updating client information and relevant databases
Manage administration and internal processes and by showing enthusiasm and delivery of fantastic service on time
REQUIREMENTS
2 year’s experience working in a similar role
The ability to raise red flags as soon as possible
Excellent Cantonese and basic English required
Strong team player with attention to detail and a can do attitude
Proactive approach with ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
