A leading Asia-focused investment management firm is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong on an initial 12 month contract. They are seeking a responsible, self-motivated and well-organised candidate who can pick-up quickly and work well within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the Finance team including printing, scanning and filing documents
- Maintain office supplies such as stationary
- Verify staff claims and audit expense reports
- Assist with payment procedures
- Prepare daily bank summary for the team
- Arrange paper files for storage
Requirements:
- Degree educated
- Excellent Excel and Adobe skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, both spoken and written
- Good team player with ability to communicate
- Good time-keeping and ability to manage one’s own workload
- Diligent and responsible
