Our client is a leading and highly respected private equity firm with an impressive track record and leadership team. They now have a temporary requirement for a highly efficient Office/Administrative Assistant to support one of their teams in the business. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Finance team
Assist with lunch arrangements and meeting room bookings
Respond and deal with external or internal telephone calls and queries in a professional manner
Review, prepare and manage the submission of expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy
Organize and maintain a good filing system for any administrative paperwork
Accurate entry and updating of data into any relevant spreadsheets and systems
Support on any general office administration
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Degree qualified
A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience providing outstanding administrative support, preferably within financial services/asset management
Strong presentation with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively – comfortable in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive with outstanding problem-solving skills
