A boutique and dynamic recruitment firm is currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support the office management and the end-to-end recruitment administrative process for their office in Singapore.Applicants must be confident in handling payroll, dealing with government authorities, and driving best practice across the recruitment lifecycle.
RESPONSIBLITIES
Managing the payroll process for contractors and permanent employees
Ensuring the delivery of recruitment services in compliance with local government regulations and labour laws
Communicating to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects and additional service offerings
Ensuring the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process to include in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages and team responsibilities
Managing relationships with 3rd party service providers as assigned
Monitoring service delivery against contractual terms, manage out of scope service requests and provide support for proposal management where appropriate
Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology within staffing industry or Corporate HR
Strong skills in budget development and oversight
Excellent written and verbal/presentation skills
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
