Responsibilities:
To perform legal research and prepare legal memoranda
To assist the Associates and Partners in the management of complex documents
To participate in due diligence and be central point of coordination
Full Paralegal support to busy, fast paced and experienced international team
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Law
PRC Bar qualification or foreign law qualification an advantage
Preferably with prior experience in Capital Markets
2-5 years’ experience essential
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, with fluent English and Mandarin
A great ‘can do’ attitude with warm personality will fit well with the team
