A well-respected financial services firm is searching for a superb Personal Assistant to support a C-Suite Executive. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, loves multi-tasking and working autonomously in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and secretarial support to the Director
- Manage an extremely busy calendar of meetings, events and arrange complex international travel scheduling
- Assist in handling multiple international properties
- Deal with finances, such as property taxes, rental payments, etc.
- Handle domestic duties to some extent when required
- Liaise with internal and external parties on business matters
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a varied PA role
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
- Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY is a must
