A leading financial services firm is searching for a highly efficient and adaptable Recruitment Coordinator to help support the Recruitment team across the region. This renewable contract role is an ideal opportunity for a current agency recruiter to move in house, with training offered and superb benefits for the successful candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage client and candidate meetings, including internal and external interview schedules, booking meeting rooms, video conference and phone interviews
Arrange and coordinate travel and expense reporting for the team, including visa applications
Portal and database management to ensure data integrity
CV formatting
Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to team members as needed
Align with other functional HR areas across the Asia region
Ad hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years’ experience within a HR team in financial services in the capacity of Recruitment Coordinator or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
Bachelor's Degree holder
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
Possess a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working in a team
Immediately available is preferred but not essential
