An international real estate company is looking for a superb Secretary to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be flexible and detail-oriented, and highly organised.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of administration support to the team
- Support the team in execution and logistics support
- Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
- Handle all incoming calls
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Event Management
- Good level of business English as well as Mandarin written and spoken
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
- Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
- Be punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
- Confident yet friendly and warm personality
- Bubbly personality with confidence under pressure
