Our client, a market leader in their industry is seeking a Team Secretary to provide high level support to its dynamic and fast-paced team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organization and work in a team oriented environment. The successful candidate will be highly flexible, have the ability to multi-task on many levels and relish the variety and unpredictability of juggling multiple projects and changing priorities.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative to an executive and members of his team, including answering phones, coordinating meetings, managing conference room bookings, maintaining calendar, arranging conference calls, arranging complex travel arrangements, etc.

Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
-
Juggle constantly changing schedules and meetings in a professional and efficient manner
-
Make quick and accurate decisions when executive is unavailable
-
Maintain an accurate and current list of internal and external contacts
-
Miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-
Degree holder with at least 6 to 8 years of prior secretarial and administrative support experience for a senior-level executive

Extremely organized, relaxed and detail oriented while working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Able to handle confidential information with highest level of professionalism and discretion

Exceptional interpersonal and phone skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
High proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point
