This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a boutique asset management firm as a team secretary for their middle office group. This role will see you supporting a team of eight. The right candidate will be able to work and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and always up for a challenge!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate team schedules and client meetings
Manage staff travel and accommodation as required
Work closely with office administrators from our other offices and countries
Manage accommodation for visitors from other offices
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and various Microsoft office documents
Support one-off activities such as conference attendance, team events
Requirements:
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Friendly and polished when answering phones and greeting visitors
Self-starter with ability to multi task while prioritising and working to deadlines
Highly organised and calm under pressure
Able to work appropriately with colleagues and senior client personnel
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
Motivated to always provide exceptional service in any task
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
