This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join one of the largest investment banks supporting a fast paced and dynamic front office team. You will need to thrive in a challenging and demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team schedules and complex calendar arrangements
- Manage staff travel and accommodation as required
- Work closely with other Assistants and build strong relationships
- Manage accommodation and complex diary arrangements
- Support one-off activities, such as conference attendance and team events
- Extensive phone coverage for large team
Requirements:
- Previous Investment Banking experience is essential
- Superb communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Friendly and polished when answering phones and dealing with your team
- Self-starter with ability to multi task while prioritising and working to deadlines
- Highly organized, independent natured and calm under pressure
- Able to work well with colleagues and senior client personnel
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Motivated to always provide exceptional service in any task
- Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin essential
- 6 years+ experience within a front office team
