A high-end, luxury F&B firm is looking for a warm, positive and outgoing assistant to support the back office and sales team.
Responsibilities
• Provide a full range of sales administration and logistic support
• Provide accurate sales orders and shipment information to Sales team
• Maintain the data base and conduct inventory checking
• Responsible for filing and documentation tasks
• Provide office administration support and any ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese , knowledge of Mandarin will beneficial
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
• A team player, helping out others when necessary to meet deadlines
• Warm and positive personality
