A top-tier multinational recruitment firm is searching for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be energetic, personable, detail-oriented and highly organised.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the office
- Maintain office efficiency, including but not limited to: answering, screening and directing calls; procuring, receiving, and tracking resources; coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
- Liaise with building security & management when necessary
- Coordinate and resource events and/or conferences for purpose of employee engagement
- Complete ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a varied administrative support role, preferably along with overseas education
- Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative whilst having the confidence to ask questions when unsure
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- A ‘can-do’ attitude is essential – willing and eager to help others and get involved
