Job Description

This is a diverse and fast-paced Administrative Officer role within an international and well-respected professional services firm.  The successful candidate will be personable and self-motivated, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:

•    Perform general administrative duties including office supplies/maintenance, visa applications, travel and company vehicle arrangements
•    Organize meetings, sending out meeting requests, arrange meeting rooms etc.
•    Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties
•    Back up office receptionist duties
•    Get involved with ad-hoc projects and other assignments as required

Requirements:

•    Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably along with overseas education
•    Superb communicator, friendly and approachable when answering phones and dealing with the team
•    Highly organised, independent natured, and calm under pressure
•    Able to work well with colleagues and senior management
•    Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Chinese Word Processing
•    At least 2 years’ relevant experience of office administration is essential
•    Previous experience of working within a large professional firm is desirable
•    Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
