Job Description

An international professional services firm is searching for an outstanding Executive Assistant to join their Hong Kong office.  The successful candidate is personable, bright, flexible and enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities:

•    Provide a full spectrum of high quality secretarial support and personal assistance to two to three senior executives
•    Coordinate executive meetings, ensure reports and presentations are collated and distributed prior to meetings; and taking meeting minutes
•    Manage a busy calendar and arrange complex international travel
•    Prepare and arrange travel itinerary, visa, hotel and car reservations
•    Oversee and reconcile expenses, prioritise and organise emails
•    Manage correspondence and a variety of other operational and administrative tasks as required
•    Draft and proofread general correspondence, emails, memos, letters, presentations, and report
•    Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team

Requirements:

•    Degree holder with 4-6 years’ experience in a PA/EA/secretarial role within the professional services or financial services industry
•    Motivated, proactive, and flexible to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
•    Meticulous attention to detail
•    Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure and manage deadlines
•    Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
•    Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
