Job Description

My client, a dynamic financial services firm, is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the HR and Operations teams in their lovely Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years relevant experience, a positive work attitude and excellent communication and organisational skills.



  • Provide overall administrative support to the HR and Operations functions within the business

  • Manage extensive and complex calendars and schedules including local and global travel and accommodation 

  • Organise both internal, external and virtual meetings including logistics and preparation of meeting materials 

  • Support the operations and facilities team on day-to-day activities and major projects

  • Process expense reimbursements and invoices

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned



  • Graduate degree educated

  • 5 -7 years relevant experience in an HR and/or Operations support capacity

  • Presentable, with superb interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent English is a must, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills are a plus

  • Punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team

  • Enthusiastic and able to be proactive

  • Good knowledge of MS office
