An international organisation is seeking to appoint an EA/PA to join their team at the APAC head office in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be flexible and personable, comfortable working within a team and a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support with the full spectrum of secretarial tasks, manage a busy calendar of events/meetings and arrange complex international travel
• Provide comprehensive support on personal and domestic matters
• Oversee and prepare business presentations, reports and minutes of meetings
• Coordinate with ad-hoc projects, overseeing budgets and expenses
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across a range of duties and supporting other team members
Requirements:
• Business Degree preferred, along with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a PA/EA role
• Great attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to prioritize
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent English, Cantonese and native Mandarin (preferred)
• Flexible, practical and with superb interpersonal skills
• Chinese/English translation experience would be advantageous
