A top-tier international law firm is looking for an IT Site Support Specialist to support their Information Services Department in Hong Kong. The successful candidates will be professional, friendly and a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general IT support and offer resolutions to different users
- Handle day-to-day desktop tasks and evaluate internal systems on a regular basis
- Communicate with IT support team around the globe and develop quality management
- Coordinate with vendors to provide solutions on PC and other related network problems
- Assist in the maintenance of network equipment and IT software
- Manage the Firm’s computing environments
- Handling any ad-hoc duties if necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience in IT operations support in law firms, financial institutions or MNC
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems e.g. Windows 7 and Office 2010
- Knowledge of video-conferencing and telecom support
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin would be an advantage
- Excellent team player and good customer services skills
- Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks
