Responsibilities:
- Preparing, editing and formatting any legal documents
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to both Partner and Associates
- Drafting and amending of documents and correspondence
- Arranging meeting and travel appointments for Partners and Associates
- Preparing billings and invoicing
- Liaising with internal and external clients
- Handling any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A minimum 5 years secretarial experience in an international law firms is required
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
- Excellent computer skills and audio-typing skills
- A good team player who is proactive and enthusiastic
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ability cope with pressure and conflicting demands
- Flexible and receptive to change in line with business demands
