A highly reputable international law firm is looking for a superb Legal Secretary to join their established corporate team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Support three Partners/Associates, providing a variety of administrative and secretarial support
- Liaising with clients and supporting with administrative tasks
- Coordinating and handling a number of busy diaries and schedules
- Formatting, drafting and compiling legal documents
- Court documentation, typing, filing and maintaining an organised system
- Billings, timesheets and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- 3-4 years' experience as legal secretary in an international law firm
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Superb formatting and typing skills, strong in MS Office applications
- Highly organised, attention to detail and good time management
- Ability to work well in a team, providing support to colleagues in a collaborative environment
