An international law firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team in Hong Kong, supporting a Partner and two Associates. The successful candidate will be proactive and flexible, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support with legal documents, court documentation and bundles
- Audiotyping, translation and language support
- Billing and inputting time sheets, creating and updating presentations
- Overseeing and managing calendars, arranging internal and external meetings
- Liaising with clients in a professional manner and communicating at all levels within the firm
Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ experience as a legal secretary, ideally in an international environment
- Experience within a corporate/commercial/banking department preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- A proactive approach, willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team
