An international law firm is looking for a superb Office Manager to support the operations of the Hong Kong Office. The successful candidate will be flexible, bright, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibility
• Provide full range of administrative and operations support including office relocation, renovation, procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance, etc
• Design and implement, establish standards and procedures on office operations and human resources
• Involvement in HR-related processes
• Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
• Maintain filing system and confidential information
• Supporting on ad-hoc projects / corporate function as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in in Business Administration or above
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience. Office management experiences with legal or professional service industry is essential
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing personality, efficient, responsible, well-organised, and able to work under pressure
• Good knowledge in MS Office
