A high-end, luxury brand is looking for a Office Manager with Accounting and HR experience to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Reconcile and prepare bank statements
- Support recruitment process, payroll, visa application, bonus payments, and other talent management activities
- Provide office administrative support
- Process claims and reimbursements
- Support the office as needed with ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably along with minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in HR and Accounting
- Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
- Good time management and attention to details
- Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
