Job Description

A high-end, luxury brand is looking for a Office Manager with Accounting and HR experience to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle basic accounting and bookkeeping
  • Reconcile and prepare bank statements
  • Support recruitment process, payroll, visa application, bonus payments, and other talent management activities
  • Provide office administrative support
  • Process claims and reimbursements
  • Support the office as needed with ad-hoc duties
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder, preferably along with minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in HR and Accounting
  • Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
  • Good time management and attention to details 
  • Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
