Our client is a highly reputable hedge fund with offices in Hong Kong and Beijing, who is currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team at their Beijing Office.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide full range of administrative and operations support
• Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
• Maintain filing system and confidential information
• Supporting on ad-hoc projects / corporate function as assigned
• Solid understanding of all divisional and corporate policies and procedures
• Ability to manage difficult/sensitive situations discreetly and bring to a successful conclusion
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in office and people management in a financial services firm
• Graduate from a prestigious University in business, finance, economics or a related discipline
• Overseas educated
• Fluent Mandarin and excellent English
• Be a strong and positive team player
• Able to think outside the box
• Great common sense and ability to work independently
• Detail oriented with the ability to be a team player
• Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering with excellence
• Comfortable in working with both Western and Chinese culture
