A reputable organisation in Central is looking for an outstanding Office Manager to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will thrive on taking the initiative, love multi-tasking and can work autonomously in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office tidiness and organisation to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and welcoming environment
- Greet and provide general support to all visitor
- Organise and coordinate all travel arrangements, both domestic and international
- Maintain efficient inventory system of office supplies and kitchen consumables; track accurate par levels for weekly ordering and replenishment while maintaining a cost-effective focus
- Maintain office efficiency, including: answering and coordinating incoming calls; procuring, receiving, and tracking resources
- Oversee daily office tidiness and organisation to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and welcoming environment
- Supporting in planning in-house or off-site activities, socials, and celebrations for employee engagement, marketing, and talent attraction; coordinate all details from inception to execution; office catering, food and drink deliveries
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 2 to 6 years of business support experience, preferably along with overseas education
- Highly organised, independent natured, and calm under pressure
- Superb communicator, friendly and approachable when answering phones and dealing with the team
- Able to work well with colleagues and senior management
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent English is a must; Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin is required
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
- Ability to multi-task, good judgement and driven to work in a fast-pace environment
- Bubbly personality with confidence under pressure
