Job Description

Our client, a large, prestigious multi-national business services firm is looking for a charismatic project manager to join their team and support the creative ideas of the senior management to take the firm to the next stage of their global expansion.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Report to the MD, on the improvements to be made to business processes
  • Work with all department heads to identify which processes should remain in-house and which can be transferred to other departments to improve performance
  • Ensure all departments are performing to their maximum efficiency
  • Integrate departments to identify how they could improve processes together
  • Develop and deliver reports to executive level leadership on the department processes
  • Align all business processes between executive level leadership and international teams
 
Requirements:
  • A degree in any discipline, advanced degreed preferred with at least 8 years of management experience in a multi-national corporation
  • Strong problem solving, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A motivator who can get teams on board with their ideas and lead them to achieve set targets
  • Strategic thinker with a clear direction for world class change
  • A team player, capable of generating support from all levels of the organization
  • Ability to adapt to different scenarios and work under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential, Cantonese is highly advantageous
