Our client, a large, prestigious multi-national business services firm is looking for a charismatic project manager to join their team and support the creative ideas of the senior management to take the firm to the next stage of their global expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the MD, on the improvements to be made to business processes
- Work with all department heads to identify which processes should remain in-house and which can be transferred to other departments to improve performance
- Ensure all departments are performing to their maximum efficiency
- Integrate departments to identify how they could improve processes together
- Develop and deliver reports to executive level leadership on the department processes
- Align all business processes between executive level leadership and international teams
Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline, advanced degreed preferred with at least 8 years of management experience in a multi-national corporation
- Strong problem solving, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- A motivator who can get teams on board with their ideas and lead them to achieve set targets
- Strategic thinker with a clear direction for world class change
- A team player, capable of generating support from all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios and work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential, Cantonese is highly advantageous
