Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking meetings
- Setting up audio / visual equipment for meetings
- Sorting and distributing post and arranging couriers
- Oversee office cleaning and carpet cleaning
- Ad-hoc requests from senior managers
- Ordering office and pantry supplies as necessary
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ receptionist experience within financial services
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Friendly, professional and warm approach, and a high level of personal conduct
