A reputable global investment now looking for Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment team.
Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end administrative support to recruitment from drafting JD, to posting job ad, CV screening, interview arrangement, on-boarding arrangement
• Assist in offer management and orientation to new joiner
• Drive regular executive recruitment team meetings and prepare regular executive hiring reports to reflect relevant
• Align with other functional HR areas across the Asia region
• Ad hoc recruitment project
Requirements
• At least 2 years’ experience in financial services firm or sizeable company
• 1 year or above of experience in recruitment field
• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
• IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE is a MUST
