Responsibilities:
- Lead a best in class corporate sales team to execute a global commercial sales strategy to exceed market expectation
- Support a team to clearly identify potential clients and their requirements. Help them build their business relationships and guide them to achieving their sales objectives
- Define acquisition sales strategies to generate new billings, win-to-trade new booked volume and meet growth targets
- Maintain reporting governance to support pipeline development and manage performance
- Provide guidance and accurate measures of sales performance
- Collaborate with Risk and Credit teams to minimize losses and drive profitable growth
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of corporate sales experience. This includes consultative selling, negotiation and strategic decision making skills
- Well-developed understanding of financials statement analysis and cash flow
- Strong knowledge of trade finance, international finance and loans
- Ability to collaborate with other business stakeholders effectively
- Result-oriented customer facing individual
- Create and manage a team of experienced professionals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all customer levels. Cantonese and English are vital. Mandarin would be extremely advantageous
