This Asia-based boutique firm is urgently seeking an Administrative Assistant with a boutique entreprenerial spirit to support an investment team of 10 with general administrative duties in the Hong Kong office. This is an incredible opportunity for a polished, passionate and driven assistant with experience in Financial Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the Investment Team
Plan and manage complex travel arrangements, producing detailed itineraries, liaising with overseas offices, booking flights, hotels, car transfers
Coordination of both internal and external meetings, including booking all required facilities and liaising with attendees if necessary
Maintain the Pantry
Be a team-player with the existing Administrative team
Keep abreast of best practice and industry trends
Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial services is a MUST
Demonstrated track record of successful team management
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively – comfortable in a fast-paced and multicultural team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with senior stakeholders
Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as fluent Cantonese is a must.
Being able to speak Japanese is desirable, but not essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive with outstanding problem-solving skills
