A US-based global asset management firm is looking for an admin assistant to support their investment team. This candidate will need to be
Responsibilities:
- Set up and coordinate meetings
- Calendar management
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations and hand-outs
- Pick up the phones when the team is not available / direct the phone call / take messages
- Flight arrangement and hotel bookings
- Expenses claims
- Other ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience working in corporate environment; experience in Financial Services industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills – strong spoken and written English and Chinese and fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Personable, friendly with a strong willingness to learn
- Quick learner and has the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
