Our client is a reputable financial firm , they are currently seeking an experienced EA Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and office support.
About the role
Manage and supervise EA Team to provide high- quality secretarial and administrative support.
Review the balance of the allocations of support requirements across the team and work to ensure there is an equal and appropriate distribution of responsibilities.
Maintain the senior executives' calendars by planning and scheduling internal and external meetings/calls.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Process expense reimbursements and manage the executives' financial matters.
Manage front desk and receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and managing phone calls.
Organize and maintain comprehensive electronic and physical filing systems and record-keeping.
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Train, supervise, and support the administrative staff to uphold high standards of customer service and productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Office Management.
Track record of leading a team of Executive Assistants/Secretaries.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior administrative or executive support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Ability to work independently and lead a team of administrative staff.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of office equipment, facilities management, and vendor relations.
Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail.
