About the role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Property Sales Manager to lead the sales, leasing, and business development activities for their portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Hong Kong property market, with a proven track record in negotiating high-value transactions, managing client relationships, and driving portfolio growth. Experience in car park sales will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and leasing plans for commercial and industrial buildings to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
Lead end-to-end transaction processes, including valuation, marketing, negotiation, and closure of sales and rental agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Prepare and present financial projections, investment summaries, and portfolio performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and compliance.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Oversee car park asset sales and leasing where applicable, including feasibility studies, buyer outreach, and deal structuring.
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of direct experience in commercial and/or industrial property sales, leasing, and investment in Hong Kong.
Proven success in negotiating and closing high-value property transactions (sales and rentals).
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Strong existing network of clients, investors, developers, and industry professionals.
Experience in car park sales or parking asset transactions is a strong advantage.
Excellent understanding of Hong Kong’s property regulations, market dynamics, and valuation methodologies.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
