About the role
Our client, a leading Asset Manager, is seeking a highly organized EA with strong Road Show coordination skills to provide comprehensive administrative and marketing support to senior executives. This role requires exceptional multitasking ability, strong interpersonal skills, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibility
Manage confidential administrative tasks with discretion.
Coordinate internal/external meetings and video/audio conference calls.
Organize complex international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas).
Screen and respond to email communications promptly.
Handle telephone and virtual calls efficiently.
Maintain detailed diary management and scheduling.
Process monthly expense reconciliations.
Liaise with global offices, clients, and external stakeholders.
Marketing & Client Support
Plan and execute roadshow logistics, including materials, travel, and follow‑ups.
Oversee distribution of marketing materials to investors.
Support organization of client events, presentations, and promotional activities.
Maintain and update databases, with emphasis on regional investor records.
Collaborate with overseas teams on initiatives and reporting.
Prepare agendas and materials for regular team meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office or project management, ideally within financial services.
Strong background in administration, facilities, event coordination, or investor relations.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanour with experience engaging executives and clients.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and time‑sensitive tasks.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English and Cantonese; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment.
